A digital store for things that solve absolutely nothing: certificates, memberships, files and status. Nothing is for sale yet. Joining the list gets you first access when it is.

Yes. Joining costs nothing and you get a member number and a free personalised certificate. You never have to buy anything. Products that come later will have a clear price.

So nobody can sign up someone else. We send you an email with a button. Nothing is saved until you press it.

• Look in your spam or promotions folder.
• Check that you typed your address correctly.
• Wait a few minutes and look again.
• Still nothing? Sign up again with the same address and we send a new link. The link works for 48 hours.

Your place in the list. You get it when you confirm your email, and you see it on the confirmation page and on your certificate.

Yes. Your number belongs to your email address. As long as you use the same email address, your number never changes, whatever you change: your name, your website link, or whether you are on the Wall.

A different email address counts as a different member with a new number. Numbers cannot be moved or swapped.

1. Go to the sign-up form on the homepage.
2. Step 1: type your new name or business, and your website link if you want one.
3. Step 2: enter the same email address you used before, tick the box only if you want news emails, and press the button (Put me on the Wall).
4. Open the email we send you and press the confirm button.

After you confirm, the Wall shows your new name. Until then your old name stays. Your email stays the same and your member number stays the same.

Do the same steps as above, but in step 1 choose No wall, I only want the free certificate, and confirm the email. Your name and website link disappear from the Wall. You stay on the list with the same number.

No, never. The Wall shows only your member number, the name or business you chose, and the website link if you added one.

Yes, as often as you like. On your certificate page you type any name and the certificate changes straight away. It is drawn in your browser and the name is not sent to us. To open that page again, see the next question.

1. Go to Get your certificate again.
2. Enter the email address you signed up with and press the button.
3. Open the email we send you and press the button in it.

You land on your certificate page with the same member number, and you can download a new copy. No email? Check your spam folder. It only works with the address you signed up with, and the link works for 48 hours.

No. It has no legal, practical or emotional value. That is the whole point.

Press the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. If you also want your name removed from the Wall, or all your data deleted, email hello@useless.be.
